Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Handling contact form inquiries — name, email address, phone number (optional), message content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — responding to inquiries).
- Analytics and website improvement — technical data (IP address, browser type, visit duration). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — ensuring proper website operation).
3. Data Retention Period
- Contact form data — for the period necessary to handle the inquiry, no longer than 12 months from the last contact.
- Analytical data — for a period not exceeding 14 months.

Every person whose data is processed has the right to:

- rectify (correct) their data,
- erase their data ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,

5. Data Recipients
Personal data may only be shared with entities the Controller cooperates with to provide services:
- hosting provider (OVH),

Data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area, unless it results from using Google services — in which case the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses.
